Getting brush, growth and obstacles off ground you want to use.

Clearing is the removal of what is sitting on a piece of ground: brush, undergrowth, overgrown areas and the debris that accumulates in them.

This is not forestry work and it is not a tree service. Standing timber removal is a different trade with different equipment and different licensing, and this page does not claim it. If a property needs trees taken down before it can be cleared, that is a separate contractor and a separate conversation.

  • Forestry work and full standing-tree removal
  • Selective tree surgery, pruning and arborist services
  • Ongoing vegetation maintenance
  • Paving or surfacing the cleared area

What Drives the Job

Described without figures. The scope depends on factors specific to your property:

  • The area involved and how dense the growth is
  • What is buried in it — old fencing, debris, stumps, dumped material
  • How much material has to leave the property
  • Terrain and slope, which decide what machinery can work there
  • Whether trees are involved, since those are handled by others before clearing can finish
